Basement - FINISHED!

It's hard to believe the basement is already done! Looking back, the process was pretty quick. Although I miss the noise and the company of the guys working in the basement during the day, I am glad all the dust and construction are behind us!



......And honestly, we are so excited to have a new spot to play Duck, Duck, Goose. ;)

Basement - Week 5

Five weeks of construction are behind us! Here are this week's pictures:

The "bucket" color in the bathroom is a light grayish-blue color.

Can you believe she starts Kindergarten in less than 60 days?? Where does the time go?

The elementary school, Fox Hollow, is a year-round school. If you click here, you can check out Kaitlin's schedule for next year. She will be on Track C ~ afternoon Kindergarten.

Brandon's Lilac Bushes

Last week Brandon planted four lilac bushes in our backyard. We think it looks great! Lilacs grow fast, so we're hoping they take off soon. :)

Basement - Week 4

Here we are in the homestretch!

Last week they textured and primed the drywall. It's kind of a slow process due to the drying time. This week they'll start on the painting, the trim and the tile.

The bathroom will have travertine tiles and will be painted in the color "Bucket".
The rest of the basement will be painted in "Lorette".
