Lil' Peanut Lee

For those of you who haven't heard, we've finally decided on a middle name for Peanut. (Yes, the first name will still remain secret until the big day!) We've decided on LEE for the middle name. Brandon first suggested it because it is his Gramma C's middle name. LEE is also my father's middle name, my brother's middle name, Grandpa Lux's middle name, and Brandon's Aunt Karry's middle name! Who knew LEE was such a common middle name?! We're glad to be using a name that works on so many levels. I guess it's safe to say that we've never met a LEE that we didn't adore. ♥

On Memorial Day weekend I went in to see my friend George for another peek at Peanut. Unfortunately, Peanut was not in the mood to cooperate. She was facing my back throughout the entire ultrasound. No matter how I turned, or what I did, she refused to show her face ~ silly girl!

This first picture is a profile picture. It looks like she is laying on her left side. Can you see her eye, nose and lips?

The next picture is the "best" picture we could get of her face. She doesn't look very happy... but we had been shaking her and trying to get her to move for about a half-hour. I think she looks like an old man in this picture, but my friend George reassured me that she'll be cute when she's born. Hahaha....

This picture pretty much summarizes the whole morning. When we were finally able to get her to turn a little - she covers her face with her arm! Figures.

I guess Little Peanut Lee is making me wait until the big day to know what she looks like. That's okay, though ~ I think I can be patient. If not, I'll just call George again...
