Just wanted to let you know that we haven't forgotten about the blog ~
We've just been BUSY, BUSY, BUSY!
Can you see Zoey's new teeth? (The two front ones on the bottom.) You wouldn't believe how hard it is to get a "teeth" picture! I've been trying to get a good shot of her new teeth since they started coming in a month ago.
Last Saturday Zoey took her first steps! She walked from one couch to the other without being prompted. Unfortunately, I didn't get it on video, but I did get a short clip of the "walking" that she's been doing. Each day she's getting better and better. Yay Zoey!
Last weekend, we went to the Denver Zoo with some friends.

On Monday, Kaitlin's gymnastics team had a Parent Observation night. Here's a quick video of her on the balance beam ~ ~ ~
Tonight we took the girls to Family Storytime at the library. The four of us walked to the library after dinner and stopped at Sonic for ice cream on the way home. The ice cream probably defeated the whole "walking" notion, but it was delicious nonetheless. ;)
And storytime? Yep, Kaitlin LOVED it. ♥ (she's the one in the back on the letter D)

My guess is is that Brandon is one adding the "...and ice cream" to all of the family events (or else that's the treat you're using to entice him along!) Either way, nice job--I just love this family blog. Go Zoey! Go Kaitlin! Love you all!
ice cream is the best way to reward yourself after walking! that's what i do each time we walk... umm.. i mean.. oops! no wonder i don't lose any weight!
cute pictures and video! i didn't realize zoey started walking. guess seeing every 3 days just is not enough! lol!
Looks like you all have been busy. Yay for Zoey leasrning to walk! The zoo looked like lots of fun!
